FAQs
What is the order process?
Once your order is placed, the team will start to work on your order. If you have any special requests or customizations, feel free to communicate that via email to coty@recreationathome.com and we will accomodate you.
Once your Tavern is ready to be installed, a representative will call or text you to schedule delivery and assembly at a time that suits you.
Once the crew arrives, please be ready to show them where you would like to place the bar along with the side you'd like to have the entry. The crew will then request that you sign the Taverns To Go Homeowner Delivery Agreement.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies based on your location. Taverns To Go has workshops across the country but costs vary from $50-500 for shipping and installation. Add to cart and enter your address to see accurate shipping costs.
How long will it take to install?
Taverns are pre-built and carried into your yard in sections by hand. Assembly typically takes about 90 minutes. Allow the wood to dry, sand it all down, decorate and ENJOY!
Which side is the bar entry?
The bar entrance can be installed on either side. Just tell the team on the day and they will set up the bar exactly how you require.
What surface can the bar be installed on?
There is no floor to the bar. We have successfully installed bars on concrete, gravel, pavers and decking. The surface just needs to be stable and level.
Do I need a permit?
In 99.9% of cases, you do not need a permit. The tavern isn't technically a permanent structure and is placed on the surface so permits are not required.
Will my HOA allow this?
If you're concerned about the HOA, it's best to talk with them before ordering a tavern so you don't run into any issues on installation day.
