Shipping Policy

Processing

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. It also enters our system and we check whether your items are in stock and available for immediate shipment.  

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (1-2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Orders generally take 3-5 days to arrive.

If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@recreationathome.com.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to enter the correct address.We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to make a correction. Please contact us immediately at sales@recreationathome.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee. Recreation At Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Although we have taken precautions to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you have a problem with the delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a complaint.

Custom and Installed Orders

For all orders that are custom built and/or installed by Recreation At Home, or via a third party, a representative from Recreation At Home will call you following the purchase of the order. We will communicate regularly to update on built times, delivery times, and to arrange installation in the place or room of your choice.
