What payment methods do you accept?

How much do you charge for shipping?
Free Shipping On All Orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders leave our warehouse in 1-2 days (on average). You'll then receive tracking information in your inbox and then it will take additional 3-5 days before your package reaches you. 

Can I return an item for a refund?

We have a 30 day return policy. Be advised that we charge a 15 % restocking fee and the items must qualify for the return - be unsued and with tags still attached.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. you must cancel your order before it ships. Otherwise standard return/refund policy applies. You may cancel your order by contacting sales@recreationathome.com.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and tell us the correct information. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, please notify us via email at sales@recreationathome.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
