Refund Policy

• 30 days to ask for a return
• 10 days to process refunds
• 15% restocking fee

There are certain conditions the items need to meet in order to be eligible for returns - most notably they should be unused and with tags (also preferably in their original packaging).

Please be aware that unannounced returns will not be accepted, you need to get in touch with us first.

Damaged Orders / Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,  damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Our Defective products return is full free shipping. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Customer Remorse Returns

If you decide to return your order for any reason, please keep in mind you will need to pay for the return shipping. We also won't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order Cancellation Policy

If the order is cancelled by Recreation At Home because of unavailability or any other reason, we will refund full amount to the bank card.

The bank charge deduction is applied to the refund amount and covers the transaction fees imposed by the financial institutions involved in the payment process. 

Refund

Once we receive your return and investigate it, we will let you know via email whether your return is deemed eligible. If it is, you will get your money back within 10 days on the same payment method you used to place your order.
